DEFOAMER POWDER COMPOSITION COMPRISING FILLER AND HYDROPHOBIC ORGANIC MATERIAL

The present invention relates to a powder antifoamer composition comprising a filler and a hydrophobic organic material, wherein the hydrophobic organic material is impregnated with the filler. According to the present invention, when the powder antifoamer composition is used to antiwashout underwater concrete and self-leveling mortar, antiwashout properties and self-leveling properties of antiwashout underwater concrete and self-leveling mortar can be maintained while reducing generated amount of air, thereby mitigating a problem in construction such as degradation of initial strength, or the like. Thus, the powder antifoamer composition of the present invention can be usefully used for manufacturing antiwashout underwater concrete or self-leveling mortar.

본 발명은 필러 및 소수성 유기 물질을 포함하고, 상기 소수성 유기 물질이 상기 필러에 함침되어 있는, 분말 소포제 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 분말 소포제 조성물은 필러 및 소수성 유기 물질을 포함하고, 상기 소수성 유기 물질이 상기 필러에 함침되어 있어서, 수중 불분리성 콘크리트 및 셀프레벨링성 몰탈에 사용될 경우, 수중 불분리성 콘크리트 및 셀프레벨링성 몰탈의 수중 불분리성 및 셀프레벨링성을 그대로 유지시키면서도, 발생 공기량을 저하시켜 초기강도 저하 등과 같은 시공상의 문제점을 해결할 수 있으므로, 수중 불분리성 콘크리트 또는 셀프레벨링성 몰탈의 제조에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
