The present invention relates to a basalt processing device and a basalt product processed by using the same. The basalt processing device includes: a roller table transferring basalt to be processed; and a shotblasting chamber and a high pressure water surface treatment chamber, which are sequentially installed at a portion of the length of the roller table in a progress direction of the roller table. Provided are the basalt processing device which is characterized in that a shotblasting unit shooting a plurality of beads at a high speed toward a surface of the basalt to be processed transferred by the roller table to process the surface is installed in the shotblasting chamber and a high pressure surface treatment unit spraying high pressure water to gently wear out a sharp portion of the surface of the basalt to be processed, which is shotblasted, and simultaneously clean to remove dusts embedded in micropores is provided in the high pressure water surface treatment chamber, and the basalt product processed by using the same. According to the present invention, the dusts remaning in the micropores may be completely cleaned to naturally express a texture like that of raw stone, and the sharp processed portion generated during the shotblasting together with the dust removal may be smoothly and gently carved to process the portion like naturally worn, thereby increasing the quality of the processed product.
본 발명은 현무암 가공장치 및 이를 이용하여 가공된 현무암 제품에 관한 것으로, 피가공현무암을 이송하는 롤러테이블; 상기 롤러테이블의 길이 일부에 롤러테이블의 진행방향으로 순차 설치된 숏블라스트챔버 및 고압수표면처리챔버;를 포함하고, 상기 숏블라스트챔버 내부에는 상기 롤러테이블을 따라 이송되는 피가공현무암의 표면을 향해 다수의 구슬을 고속 분사하여 표면을 가공하는 숏블라스트유닛이 설치되고; 상기 고압수표면처리챔버 내부에는 숏블라스트 가공된 피가공현무암의 표면 중 날카로운 부분을 완만하게 마모시킴과 동시에 미세기공에 박힌 분진을 세척 제거하도록 고압수를 분사하는 고압수표면처리유닛이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 현무암 가공장치 및 이를 이용하여 가공된 현무암 제품을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 미세기공에 잔류된 분진을 말끔히 세척할 수 있으므로 원석에 가까운 질감을 자연스럽게 표현할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 분진제거와 함께 숏블라스트시 발생된 날카로운 가공부위를 부드럽고 완만하게 깍아 내어 자연 마모된 것처럼 가공할 수 있어 가공품의 품질이 향상된다.
