MODULAR ARTIFICIAL TURF
The present invention relates to a modular artificial turf, composed of an artificial turf module including: an artificial turf mat (3) in which a plurality of piles (7) are implanted; and a drainage block (5) collecting and draining flowing water, wherein the drainage block (5) is configured to include: a plate part (10) arranged by connecting a plurality of protrusions (11) for forming valleys between the protrusions to be parallel with the ground; and a coupling part (20) fixating the plate part (10) to a neighboring plate part (10). The plate part (10) has a rectangular flat shape with first to fourth sides (21, 22, 23, 24). A first and a second male cover (15, 16) are formed in a corner of the two adjacent sides (21, 22) of the four sides (21, 22, 23, 24) and a first and a second female seat (17, 18) engaged with the first and the second male cover (15, 16) to make an assembly protrusion (65) having the same shape as the protrusion (11) are formed in a corner of the remaining two sides (23, 24). Thus, the present invention makes the male cover and the female seat of neighboring drainage blocks to be engaged with each other form the assembly protrusion having the exactly same shape as the protrusion formed on the inner side of the plate part, makes a drainage recess on the inner side of the plate part have the same shape as a drainage recess on a boundary between the plate parts to make the overall drainage recesses of a drainage block assembly provide the same drainage performance, thereby preventing the drainage amount variations to drastically improve the drainage performance of the drainage block.
본 발명은 모듈식 인조잔디에 관한 것으로, 다수의 파일(7)이 식모된 인조잔디 매트(3); 및 유수를 모아 배수하는 배수블럭(5);을 포함하는 인조잔디 모듈(2)로 이루어지되, 상기 배수블럭(5)은, 지면과 나란하게 복수의 돌기(11)를 상호 간에 골(13)을 형성하도록 연결하여 배열한 판체부(10); 및 상기 판체부(10)를 이웃한 판체부(10)에 고정하는 체결부(20);를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 판체부(10)는 제1 내지 제4 변(21,22,23,24)을 갖는 직사각형의 평면 형상을 가지되, 상기 4 변(21,22,23,24) 중 인접한 두 변(21,22)의 모서리에는 제1 및 제2 수형 커버(15,16)가 형성되고, 나머지 두 변(23,24)의 모서리에는 상기 제1 및 제2 수형 커버(15,16)와 각각 정합되어 상기 돌기(11)와 동일한 형태의 조립돌기(65)를 만드는 제1 및 제2 암형 시트(17,18)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 따라서 이웃한 배수블럭 끼리 정합되는 수형 커버와 암형 시트가 판체부의 내측에 형성된 돌기와 완전히 동일한 조립돌기를 형성하므로, 판체부 내측의 배수홈과, 판체부와 판체부 경계의 배수홈이 동일한 형태를 가지게 되어 배수블럭 조립체 전체의 배수홈이 동일한 배수성능을 가지므로, 배수량의 편중이 발생하지 않아 배수블럭의 배수성능을 대폭적으로 증대시킬 수 있게 된다.
