ELASTIC FLOOR SHEET HAVING ELASTIC DOUBLER
The present invention relates to a non-toxic and eco-friendly elastic flooring material having an elastic doubler, capable of reducing noise and vibration delivered from the upper floor to the lower floor by layering a lower reinforcement material on a lower part of the cushion flooring material having an elastic PLA layer on its surface. According to the present invention, the elastic flooring material having the elastic PLA layer comprises: a cushion flooring material (100) layered with a cushion layer (105), a printing layer (1130), and the elastic PLA layer (117) in order from the bottom; and the lower reinforcement material (200) layered on the lower part of the cushion floor material (100). According to the present invention, the non-toxic and eco-friendly cushion flooring material has a PLA elastic layer as a surface layer constituting the cushion flooring material, so that a user is not exposed to harmful substances even when a surface treatment layer, disposed on the upper portion of the surface layer, is worn out and the surface layer is exposed. In addition, the present invention offers excellent shock absorption and sound insulation by layering the cushion layer as a lower reinforcement material for the cushion flooring material. In particular, the present invention provides a variety of functions, and has improved appearance. In addition, there is an advantage that noise can be prevented by giving cushioning to prevent noise between floors.
본 발명은 표면층으로서 탄성PLA층을 구비하는 쿠션바닥재의 하부에 하부보강재를 적층해줌으로써, 사용자에게 무독성, 친환경의 효과를 제공함과 아울러, 특히 상부층에서 하부층으로의 소리 및 진동의 전달을 충분히 차단할 수 있도록 한 층간소음 저감용 바닥재에 관한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 아래로부터 쿠션층(105), 인쇄층(113), 탄성PLA층(117)이 순차적으로 적층된 것을 포함하는 쿠션바닥재(100); 및 상기 쿠션바닥재(100)의 하부에 적층되는 하부보강재(200);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 쿠션바닥재를 구성하는 표면층으로서 탄성PLA층을 적용함으로써 표면층 상부에 위치하는 표면처리층이 마모되어 표면층이 노출되더라도 유해물질에 노출되지 않도록 하는 무독성, 친환경의 쿠션바닥재를 제공할 수 있다. 또한 쿠션바닥재의 하부보강재로 쿠션층이 적층됨에 따라 완충효과 및 차음효과를 극대화할 수 있는 쿠션바닥재를 제공하는 효과가 있으며, 특히 외관적으로도 미려하고, 다양한 기능들, 특히 차음 및 쿠션성을 부여해줌으로써 층간소음을 방지할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
