DUAL SLIDING BLAST PROOF DOOR WITH AN INNER DOOR
The present invention relates to a dual sliding blast-proof door having various kinds of inner doors, comprising a rail, multiple fixing members, a case, a first drive motor, a second drive motor, a first interlocking shaft, a second interlocking shaft, an operation part, a rod shaft, and a stopper. The rail has a long shape and is formed toward both sides of an opening. The multiple fixing members are formed between the rail and the opening. The case has a pair of wheels included in both lateral sides of a front part to be guided by the rail and another pair of wheels included in both lateral sides of a rear part to correspond to the wheels and connected to a wheel shaft. The first drive motor is installed on an interior of the casing to rotate the shaft. The second drive motor is installed on the front side of the first drive motor. The first interlocking shaft has a first interlocking member installed on the outer circumferential surface thereof to be interlocked with the second drive motor and gears installed on both sides thereof. The second interlocking shaft has gears included in the circumferential surface thereof to be operated while corresponding to the gears of the first interlocking shaft and has second interlocking members included in the circumferential surfaces of both ends thereof to be interlocked with the rotation of the first interlocking shaft to be rotated. The operation part is included to be interlocked with both ends of the second interlocking shaft and opens and closes an opening by vertically moving a closing door by a rotation of the second interlocking shaft. The rod shaft is interlocked with the second interlocking members of the second interlocking shaft to horizontally be moved and has a rod member formed on one end thereof to be inserted into and be released from the fixing member. The stopper stops the casing. According to the present invention described above, the opening is automatically opened and closed by sliding the case such that the opening can safely and easily be opened and closed by a worker after locating various types of equipment and materials.
본 발명은 각종 내부 도어를 갖는 이중 슬라이딩 방폭문에 관한 것으로서, 개구부 양측으로 길게 형성되는 레일과, 상기 레일과 개구부 사이에 다수개 형성된 고정부재와, 상기 레일에 안내되기 위해 전방 양측으로 한 쌍의 휠이 구비되고, 상기 한 쌍의 휠과 대응하게 후방 양측으로 휠축에 연결되어 구비되는 또 다른 한 쌍의 휠을 포함하는 케이스와, 상기 케이스 내부에 설치되어, 휠축을 회전시키기 위해 마련된 제1구동모터와, 상기 제1구동모터 전방으로 설치되는 제2구동모터와,상기 제2구동모터와 연동하게 설치되는 제1연동부재가 외주면에 구비되고, 양단에 기어가 설치된 제1연동축과, 상기 제1연동축의 기어와 상호 대응하여 작동하는 기어가 외주면 마련되고, 양단부 외주면에 제1연동축의 회전작용과 연동하여 회전하는 회전하기 제2연동부재가 구비된 제2연동축과, 상기 제2연동축 양단에 연동가능하게 구비되어, 제2연동축의 회전운동에 의해 폐쇄문을 수직 상하 이동시켜 개구부를 개폐하는 작동부와, 상기 제2연동축의 제2연동부재와 상호 연동하여 수평이동하되, 고정부재에 삽입 및 해제되는 로드부재가 일단에 형성된 로드축과, 상기 케이스를 정지시키는 스토퍼로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상술한 바와 같은 본 발명은 케이스를 슬라이딩 가능하게 개구부를 자동으로 개방 및 폐쇄함으로써, 작업자가 각종 장비 및 자재를 투입한 다음, 안전하고 용이하게 개방 및 폐쇄할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
