A HINGE FOR EMERGENCY EXIT OF FIREPROOF SHUTTER
The present invention relates to a hinge for an emergency exit of a fireproof shutter, comprising: a left plate (110) formed by bending a plate to form upper and lower shaft guides (111a, 111b) and a support plate (116), integrally formed with a central main cutoff part (113) between the upper and lower shaft guides (111a, 111b); a right plate (120) which is formed by bending a plate to form a support plate (126) and a central shaft guide (121), on which upper and lower main cutoff parts (123a, 123b) are integrally formed, and is connected to the left plate (110) by being inserted into a space between the upper and lower shaft guides (111a, 111b) of the left plate (110); an upper rotation shaft (130) coupled to the upper shaft guide (111a) to interwork, by sequentially penetrating the upper shaft guide (111a) and the central shaft guide (121); a lower rotation shaft (140) coupled to the central shaft guide (121) to interwork, by sequentially penetrating the lower shaft guide (111b) and the central shaft guide (121); and a spring (150) between the upper and lower rotation shafts (130, 140) for connection, to elastically install the left and right plates (110, 120). The present invention has an advantage in mass production and minimizes the manufacturing cost by simplifying a process of cutting and bending the plate without a need of attaching additional cutting parts, etc.
본 발명은 방화셔터의 비상탈출구용 경첩에 관한 것으로, 판재를 밴딩하여 상하부축가이드(111a,111b)와 지지플레이트(116)를 형성하되 상하부축가이드(111a,111b)) 사이에 중앙메인차단편(113)을 일체로 형성한 좌측플레이트(110)와, 상기 좌측플레이트(110)의 상하부축가이드(111a,111b) 사이에 끼워 상호 연결하되 판재를 밴딩하여 중앙축가이드(121)와 지지플레이트(126)를 형성하고 중앙축가이드(121)의 상측과 하측으로 상하부메인차단편(123a,123b)을 일체로 형성한 우측플레이트(120)와, 상기 좌측플레이트(110)의 상부축가이드(111a)와 우측플레이트(120)의 중앙축가이드(121)를 순차적으로 관통시키되 상부축가이드(111a)에 결합하여 상호 연동하도록 하는 상부회전축(130)과, 상기 좌측플레이트(110)의 하부축가이드(111b)와 우측플레이트(120)의 중앙축가이드(121)을 순차적으로 관통시키되 중앙축가이드(121)에 결합하여 상호 연동하도록 하는 하부회전축(140), 및 상기 상하부회전축(130,140) 사이를 연결하여 좌우측플레이트(110,120)를 탄력설치하는 스프링(150)으로 구성하므로, 판재를 재단하여 밴딩하므로 별도로 차단편 등을 부착할 필요없이 간편하게 제작하여 원가를 최소화하고 대량생산에 유리하도록 하는 하는 것이다.
