REFRACTORY AND A SUBMERGED NOZZLE MANUFACTURED BY USING THE SAME
The present invention relates a refractory composition and a submerged nozzle for continuous casting manufactured by using the same. The refractory composition for manufacturing a submerged nozzle for continuous casting includes 70-80 wt% of zirconia (ZrO_2); 16-27 wt% of graphite; and 3-4 wt% of quick lime (CaO). According to the present invention, thermal shock resistance of the submerged nozzle may be improved so that the durability of the submerged nozzle is improved.
본 발명은 내화조성물 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 연속주조용 침지노즐에 관한 것으로서, 연속주조용 침지 노즐을 제조하기 위한 내화조성물로서, 지르코니아(ZrO) 70 내지 80중량%; 흑연 16 내지 27중량%; 생석회(CaO) 3 내지 4중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하고, 침지노즐의 내열충격성을 향상시켜 수명을 연장시킬 수 있다.
