The present invention provides a method to manufacture an insulation sheet. The method to manufacture the insulation sheet comprises: a step of continuously supplying a reflective layer which blocks heat lost by reflection or radiation to the outside from an inside of a building; a heat-insulating material layer affixed to the reflective layer using an adhesive layer as a medium, and made of a material which blocks hot air, cool air, and noise outside the building; and a sheet film of a plate shape having a prescribed width and thickness using a supply roller, passing the reflective layer, the heat-insulating material layer, and the sheet film through a laminated roller to manufacture a laminated insulation sheet. A prescribed pattern is printed on the sheet film, and the sheet film is made of OPP or PET. The sheet film has a mixed coating layer formed on at least one surface of the sheet film, wherein a coating material having adhesion and an antimicrobial containing zeolite, silver, and zinc are mixed.
단열 시트를 제조하는 방법이 제공된다. 상기 단열 시트는 건물 내부에서 외부로 반사나 방사로 손실되는 열을 차단하도록 구성된 반사층과, 상기 반사층 상에 점착층을 매개로 접착되어 형성되며, 건물 외부의 열기와 냉기 및 소음을 차단하는 재료로 구성되는 보온재층과, 소정의 폭과 길이 및 두께로 되어 있는 판상형의 시트 필름을 공급 롤러를 통해 연속적으로 공급하면서 합지 롤러를 통해 통과시켜, 합지된 단열 시트를 제조하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 시트 필름에는 소정의 무늬가 인쇄되어 있고 OPP나 PET로 구성되며, 상기 시트 필름의 적어도 한 표면에는 점착성을 갖는 코팅 재료와 제올라이트와 은 및 아연을 포함하는 항균제가 혼합되어 구성되는 혼합 코팅층이 형성되어 있다.
