The present invention relates to an artificial block and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, relates to a new type of a blooming preventing and heat shielding artificial block having permeability and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the blooming preventing and heat shielding artificial block having permeability comprises: a permeable base layer; and a surface layer having a first surface layer, a blooming preventing-moisturizing layer, and a second surface layer.
본 발명은 인조블록 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로써, 보다 상세하게는 백화억제 효과뿐만 아니라 투수성이 우수하면서도 차열성이 우수한 새로운 형태의 투수성 인조블록 및 이를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
