APPARATUS TO MAKE PLANTING APERTURE AND METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a vegetation hole forming device and a vegetation hole forming method. The vegetation hole forming device includes: a front mold member and a rear mold member formed into a flat shape, having multiple through-holes, arranged in the front and rear sides to be separated at a predetermined interval in order to position the through-holes which mutually correspond to each other to be inclined; a vegetation hole forming member having a variable diameter and fitted through the through-hole of the front mold member and the through-hole of the rear mold member matched up with the through-hole of the front mold member to be inclined; and a diameter varying means fixating the vegetation hole forming member between the through-hole of the front mold member and the through-hole of the rear mold member matched up with the through-hole of the front mold member by enlarging the diameter of the vegetation hole forming member while the vegetation hole forming member is fitted through the through-hole of the front mold member and the through-hole of the rear mold member matched up with the through-hole of the front mold member to be inclined, reinforcing the strength of the vegetation hole forming member, and separating the vegetation hole forming member from a vegetation hole after curing by reducing the diameter of the vegetation hole forming member. Thus, the vegetation hole is easily and smoothly formed in a concrete structure without defects.
본 발명은 식생공 형성 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 편평한 형상으로 이루어지면서 다수의 통공이 각각 형성되며, 서로 매칭이 되는 통공끼리 경사진 위치가 되도록 전후위에 일정간격 이격되게 각각 배치되는 전면 거푸집부재와 후면 거푸집부재; 직경 변화가 가능하도록 구성되며, 상기 전면 거푸집부재의 통공과 이와 매칭되는 후면 거푸집부재의 통공 사이에 경사지게 끼워지는 식생공 형성부재; 및 상기 식생공 형성부재가 상기 전면 거푸집부재의 통공과 이와 매칭되는 후면 거푸집부재의 통공 사이에 경사지게 끼워진 상태에서 상기 식생공 형성부재의 직경을 확대하여 상기 식생공 형성부재가 상기 전면 거푸집부재의 통공과 이와 매칭되는 후면 거푸집부재의 통공 사이에 밀착·고정되도록 함과 동시에 상기 식생공 형성부재의 강성을 보강해주고, 상기 식생공 형성부재의 직경을 축소하여 양생 후의 식생공으로부터 상기 식생공 형성부재를 탈형시킬 수 있게 하는 직경 가변수단을 이용하여 콘크리트 구조물에 보다 손쉬우면서 원활하고 불량없이 식생공을 형성토록 한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a vegetation hole forming device and a vegetation hole forming method.
