The present invention relates to a movable outdoor fire extinguishing box comprising: a control unit (8) to control an operation of the fire extinguishing box (100); an open/close valve (2) to open and close the water flow for spraying; a pressure chamber (4) to transfer a pressure change from the operation of the open/close valve (2) to the control unit (8); a rotation motor (10) operated by a control signal of the control unit (8) on changes of pressure in the pressure chamber (4) by real-time management of the pressure changes of the pressure chamber (4) by the control unit (8); a pump (18) to allow the water received through a connection pipe (12) to flow to a transport pipe (20) at a high pressure by a rotation of the rotation motor (10); a fire extinguishing hose (32) provided on the transport pipe (20) to spray the water at a high pressure by opening the open/close valve (2); a water storage tank (22) to supply the water to the connection pipe (20); and a power source (14) to independently supply the power to the fire extinguishing box (100). According to the present invention, the fire can be extinguished in an early stage to prevent additional damages, by easily spraying the water by controlling the open/close valve (2) while connected to the fire extinguishing hose (32), with an advantage of being installed in any places including temples in forest, cultural assets, traditional markets, island, etc. where the fire engine has difficulty in accessing, and can be used in the regions without electricity by using the independent power source.
본 발명은 옥외 소방함에 있어서, 전반적으로 소방함(100)의 작동을 관리하는 제어부(8)와, 소방용수의 분사를 개폐하는 개폐밸브(2)와, 개폐밸브(2)의 작동에 의한 압력변화를 제어부(8)로 전달하는 압력챔버(4)와, 제어부(8)를 통해 압력챔버(4)의 압력변화 상태를 실시간으로 관리하여 압력챔버(4) 내의 압력변화시에 제어부(8)의 제어신호에 의해 동작하는 회전모터(10)와, 회전모터(10)의 회전으로 연결관(12)을 통해 유입된 소방용수가 이송관(20)을 통해 고압으로 흐르도록 하는 펌프(18)와, 이송관(20) 상에 설치되어 개폐밸브(2)의 개방으로 고압의 소방용수를 분사하는 소방호스(32)와, 연결관(20)으로 소방용수를 공급하는 저수탱크(22)와, 소방함(100)에 자체적으로 전원을 공급하는 발전부(14)로 구성하여서, 화재발생시 소방호스(32)가 연결된 상태로 개폐밸브(2)를 조작하여 용이하게 소방용수를 분사할 수 있음에 따라 화재를 초기에 진압할 수 있어 추가피해를 막을 수 있으며, 이동설치가 가능함에 따라 산중의 사찰, 문화재, 재래시장, 섬지역 등 소방차의 진입이 어려운 지역은 어느 곳에나 설치가 가능하며, 자체 발전시설을 구비함에 따라 전기가 공급되지 않는 지역에도 설치할 수 있다.
The present invention relates to a movable outdoor fire extinguishing box comprising: a control unit (8) to control an operation of the fire extinguishing box (100); an open/close valve (2) to open and close the water flow for spraying; a pressure chamber (4) to transfer a pressure change from the operation of the open/close valve (2) to the control unit (8); a rotation motor (10) operated by a control signal of the control unit (8) on changes of pressure in the pressure chamber (4) by real-time management of the pressure changes of the pressure chamber (4) by the control unit (8); a pump (18) to allow the water received through a connection pipe (12) to flow to a transport pipe (20) at a high pressure by a rotation of the rotation motor (10); a fire extinguishing hose (32) provided on the transport pipe (20) to spray the water at a high pressure by opening the open/close valve (2); a water storage tank (22) to supply the water to the connection pipe (20); and a power source (14) to independently supply the power to the fire extinguishing box (100). According to the present invention, the fire can be extinguished in an early stage to prevent additional damages, by easily spraying the water by controlling the open/close valve (2) while connected to the fire extinguishing hose (32), with an advantage of being installed in any places including temples in forest, cultural assets, traditional markets, island, etc. where the fire engine has difficulty in accessing, and can be used in the regions without electricity by using the independent power source.
