The present invention relates to a soundproof panel having a solar cell panel, which improves energy efficiency by installing a solar cell in the soundproof panel installed in a road or a railroad. The soundproof panel comprises: a front surface part; a rear surface part; an insertion groove formed on one side of the rear surface part in a height direction; and a solar cell panel fitted to the insertion groove.
