NANOCOMPOSITE OF GRAPHENE-CERAMIC AND NANOCOMPOSITE OF GRAPHENE-METAL USING THE SAME AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
Disclosed are a sintering ceramic graphene composite structure, a graphene metal nanocomposite material using the same, and a method for producing the same. According to a method for producing a graphene metal nanocomposite material of the present invention, a ceramic coating layer is formed on graphene, is mixed with metal powder, and is sintered. Cohesion of graphene is relieved, and re-cohesion thereof is prevented. Also, graphene is prevented from reacting with a metal matrix composite.
소결용 세라믹 그래핀 복합 구조체, 이를 이용한 그래핀 금속 나노 복합 소재 및 그 제조방법이 소개된다. 본 발명의 그래핀 금속 나노 복합 소재 제조방법은, 그래핀에 세라믹 코팅층을 형성하고, 금속 분말과 혼합한 후 소결하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
