DOOR OPEN APPARATUS IN A WASHING OR RINSING MACHINE FOR CROCKERY
The present invention relates to a door opening device of a dishwasher including a door opening/closing unit. The door opening/closing unit comprises: a housing fixatedly put on the upper part of a main body; a motor supported on one side of the housing; a main gear supported on a first fixated shaft of the housing, and installed to be connected to the motor and be rotated in one direction; a pinion gear installed in the main gear in one body and having gear teeth formed on a partial section of a circumferential surface; a latch gear elastically supported by a latch spring on a second fixated shaft positioned on the other side of the housing; a rack gear forming first and second gears, with which the pinion gear and the latch gear can engage at different temporal points, on both sides; a coil spring having one end fixated to the rack gear and the other end fixated to the housing for elastically supporting the rack gear in the rear direction of the housing; a push bar having one end installed at the front end of the rack gear in one body and the other end protruding out of the housing; and a micro switch for sensing one revolution of the pinion gear to control the actuation of the motor. According to the present invention, the apparatus has an advantage in conveniently opening and closing the door, with improved design by omitting a front lever.
본 발명에 따르면, 본체의 상부에 얹혀져 고정되는 하우징과, 상기 하우징의 일측에 지지되는 모터와, 상기 하우징의 제1고정축 상에 지지되되 상기 모터와 연결되어 일방향으로 회전가능하게 설치되는 메인기어와, 상기 메인기어에 일체로 설치되되 치가 원주면 일부구간에 형성되는 피니언기어와, 상기 하우징 타측의 제2고정축 상에 래치스프링으로 탄성 지지되는 래치기어와, 양측으로 상기 피니언기어 및 상기 래치기어가 시차를 두고 맞물림 가능한 제1, 2기어가 형성된 랙기어와, 일단이 상기 랙기어에 고정되고 타단이 상기 하우징에 고정되어 상기 랙기어를 상기 하우징의 후방으로 탄성지지하는 코일스프링과, 일단이 상기 랙기어의 선단에 일체로 설치되며 타단이 상기 하우징의 외부로 돌출되는 푸시바와, 상기 피니언기어의 1회전을 감지하여 상기 모터의 가동을 제어하기 위한 마이크로 스위치로 구성되는 도어개폐부를 포함하는 식기세척기가 제공된다. 이에 의하면, 도어를 편리하게 여닫을 수 있는 장점이 있으며, 전면 레바를 생략하여 디자인 만족도를 증대시킬 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a door opening device of a dishwasher including a door opening/closing unit.
