MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ARTIFICIAL MARBLE HAVING NATIVE PATTERN
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an artificial marble having antibiosis and a natural pattern, the method including the steps of: a) forming a surface layer by applying, to a surface of a releasing film, a surface layer composition including 100-500 parts by weight of aluminum hydroxide, 1-5 parts by weight of an initiator, 0.1-3 parts by weight of a cross-linker, and 0.1-3 parts by weight of a coupling agent with respect to 100 parts by weight of a base resin; b) forming a rear surface layer by applying, to the surface layer, a rear surface layer composition including 100-500 parts by weight of calcium carbonate, 1-5 parts by weight of an initiator, 0.1-3 parts by weight of a cross-linker, and 0.1-3 parts by weight of a coupling agent with respect to 100 parts by weight of the base resin; and c) polymerizing a base resin by heating the surface layer and the rear surface layer at a temperature of 30-150°C. The artificial marble having a natural pattern according to the present invention is configured by multi-layers including the surface layer and the rear surface layer; a coating speed of the composition is adjusted within a specific range when the surface layer and the rear surface layer are formed; and thus, the surface layer and the rear surface layer including different pigments and dyes are naturally mixed, so that not an artificial pattern but various and unpredictable patterns and a pattern similar to that of a native rock can be obtained.
본 발명은 a) 베이스 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 수산화알루미늄 100 내지 500 중량부, 개시제 1 내지 5 중량부, 가교제 0.1 내지 3 중량부 및 커플링제 0.1 내지 3 중량부를 포함하는 표면층 조성물을 이형필름 표면에 도포하여 표면층을 형성하는 단계; b) 베이스 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 탄산칼슘 100 내지 500 중량부, 개시제 1 내지 5 중량부, 가교제 0.1 내지 3 중량부 및 커플링제 0.1 내지 3 중량부를 포함하는 이면층 조성물을 표면층에 도포하여 이면층을 형성하는 단계; 및 c) 30 내지 150℃로 가열하여 베이스 수지를 중합하는 단계;를 포함하는 항균성 및 천연 무늬를 갖는 인조대리석의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
