AWNING APPARATUS WITH SELF UNROLLING FUNCTION
Disclosed is an awning device with an automatic unwinding function including: an arm supporting frame horizontally installed adjacent to an external wall of a building by a pair of mounting brackets; multiple arms having a first arm member and a second arm member connected by a joint, extended to the front side while being connected to the arm supporting frame, and having an embedded elastic member applying an elastic recovering force to the arm in a spreading direction; a tent supporting frame connected to front ends of the arms; a winding roller installed in the arm supporting frame to be parallel to the arm supporting frame and having a front end around which a tent fixated to the tent supporting frame is wound and maintained; a torque input shaft formed in one end of the winding roller and rotating a crank lever by hanging the crank lever; and a power transmission device rotating the winding roller by transmitting the torque transmitted from the torque input shaft to the winding roller. The power transmission device includes: a decelerator connected to the torque input shaft and outputting the torque of the torque input shaft after reducing the torque; a clutch limited by a shaft integrally rotating with an output shaft of the decelerator; and a power connection unit selectively connecting the torque by mutual limitation with another clutch limited by the winding roller. When the power connection between the decelerator and the winding roller is disconnected, the winding roller is rotated by the force applied by the elastic member to the arm to spread the arm while the winding roller is isolated from the decelerator. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the awning device with the automatic unwinding function capable of spreading the tent without lots of power.
한 쌍의 장착 브래킷에 의해 건물 외벽에 인접하여 수평으로 설치되는 아암 지지 프레임과; 관절 조인트에 의해 연결된 제 1 아암 부재 및 제2 아암 부재를 구비하고, 상기 아암 지지 프레임에 연결된 채 전방으로 연장되되, 내부에 내장된 탄성부재에 펼쳐지는 방향으로 탄성 복원력을 받는 복수개의 아암과; 상기 아암의 선단에 연결되는 천막 지지 프레임과; 선단이 상기 천막 지지 프레임에 고정된 천막의 기단을 감아 유지하되 상기 아암 지지 프레임과 평행하게 상기 아암 지지 프레임에 회전가능하게 설치된 권취롤러와; 상기 권취롤러의 일단부에 마련되며 크랭크 레버를 걸어 회전시킬 수 있는 회전력 입력축과; 상기 회전력 입력축으로부터 전달된 회전력을 상기 권취롤러에 전달하여 상기 권취롤러를 회전시키는 동력전달기구를 포함하는 어닝장치가 개시된다. 상기 동력전달기구는 상기 회전력 입력축과 연결되어 상기 회전력 입력축의 회전력을 감속하여 출력하는 감속기와, 상기 감속기의 출력축과 일체로 회전하는 샤프트에 구속되는 클러치와 상기 권취롤러에 구속되는 다른 클러치 간의 상호 구속에 의해 회전 동력을 선택적으로 이어주는 동력이음유닛을 포함하며, 상기 감속기와 상기 권취롤러 사이의 동력 이음이 해제될 때, 상기 권취롤러는 상기 감속기로부터 독립된 채 상기 아암이 상기 탄성부재에 의해 펼쳐지는 힘에 의해 회전한다.
