FIRE-PROOF PREFABRICATED PANEL
The present invention relates to a technology on a fireproof prefabricated panel constructed in a prefabricated building of a factory or a warehouse and to a technology on a fireproof prefabricated panel which prevents a fire from spreading to the whole of the building by blocking flames and heat not to spread to other panels in the case that the fire occurs at the building, thereby minimizing casualties and property damage and extinguishing the fire in early stages. The present invention provides the prefabricated panel, filling the inside of an exterior material composed of a steel plate with an interior material and forming an opened coupling unit at one side and a protruding unit at the other side, which includes: a fireproof cap forming an insertion unit installed to be inserted into the protruding unit at one side thereof and a coupling unit installed to be inserted into the coupling unit at the other side thereof; and a firewall installed in an internal space thereof.
본 발명은 공장이나 창고 등의 조립식 건축물에 시공되는 방화(防火)용 조립식 패널에 관한 기술로서, 건축물에 화재가 발생할 경우, 화염과 열기가 다른 패널로 확산되지 않도록 차단함에 따라 화재가 건축물 전체로 번지는 것을 방지하여 인명 및 재산피해를 최소화하고, 화재를 조기에 진화할 수 있는 방화용 조립식 패널에 관한 기술이다. 이러한 본 발명의 주요 구성은, 철판으로 구성된 외장재의 내부에 내장재가 충진되고, 한쪽에 개방된 결합부가 형성되는 한편 다른 한쪽에 돌출부가 형성된 조립식 패널에 있어서, 일측 조립식 패널의 돌출부에 끼워져 설치되는 끼움부와 다른 일측 조립식 패널의 결합부에 끼워져 설치되는 체결부가 형성되고, 배기공간이 형성된 방화캡; 및 상기 조립식 패널의 외장재 내부공간에 설치되는 방화벽;을 포함하여 구현된다.
