MOHAIR FRAME FOR SIDE OF SLIDING DOOR FRAME AND SLIDING DOOR USING THE SAME
Disclosed is a mohair frame, which can be simply installed in a conventional sliding type door and alleviate a bounce caused when a door leaf installed in a door frame slides and touches a side wall of the door frame. To this end, provided is a mohair frame which comprises: a main frame which is installed on a side of the door frame and has a width equivalent to the thickness of the door leaf for touching a sliding door leaf; a first side frame and a second side frame protruding vertically from both sides of the main frame; and mohair provided with mohair pile, tilted to have an inner angle of 30 to 70° in the approach direction of the door leaf, on inner side surfaces of the first side frame and the second side frame facing each other. The present invention reduces approach speed of the door leaf moving to the door frame when the sliding type door is closed to alleviate the shock caused when the door leaf touches the door frame, thereby preventing a bounce.
기존 미닫이 창호에 간편히 설치할 수 있으며, 문틀에 설치된 문짝이 슬라이드 이동을 통해 문틀의 측벽에 접촉되는 경우에 발생되는 바운스 현상을 완화시키는 모헤어 프레임이 개시된다. 이를 위하여 문틀의 측면에 설치되어 슬라이드 이동하는 문짝이 접촉될 수 있도록 문짝의 두께와 대등한 너비로 형성된 메인 프레임과, 상기 메인 프레임의 양 측면으로부터 수직방향으로 돌출형성된 제 1 측면 프레임과 제 2 측면 프레임, 및 서로 마주보는 상기 제 1 측면 프레임과 제 2 측면 프레임의 내측면에 상기 문짝의 진입 방향으로 30ㅀ 내지 70ㅀ의 내각을 갖도록 경사지게 형성된 모헤어 파일이 구비된 모헤어를 포함하는 모헤어 프레임을 제공한다. 본 발명은 미닫이 창호의 밀폐 시 문틀로 이동하는 문짝의 진입 속도를 저감시켜 주어 문짝과 문틀의 접촉 시 발생되는 충격을 완화시킴으로써 바운스 현상의 발생을 차단한다.
