PRECAST SEGMENT LIFTING EQUIPMENT FOR PSM BRIDGE
A precast segment lifting apparatus for a PSM bridge according to the present invention includes: a first support unit installed on a previously constructed bridge structure; a second support unit which is connected to the first support unit, and is comprised to protrude from an upper part of an area where a precast segment to be constructed at an end of the previously constructed bridge structure is to be located; an extended wire which is extended to a lower part of the second support unit; a lifting unit which is comprised in the second support unit, and moves the lifting wire to an upper side using oil pressure; and a fixing unit which is connected to a lower part of the lifting wire, and fixates the precast segment to the end of the previously constructed bridge structure. The precast segment lifting apparatus minimizes a volume, has a simple structure thereof, and can improve stability during segment lifting.
본 발명에 따른 PSM교량용 프리캐스트 세그먼트 인양장치는, 기 시공된 교량구조물 상에 설치되는 제1지지유닛, 상기 제1지지유닛과 연결되며, 상기 기 시공된 교량구조물의 끝단에 시공될 프리캐스트 세그먼트가 위치될 영역의 상부로 돌출되도록 구비되는 제2지지유닛, 상기 제2지지유닛의 하부로 연장된 인양와이어, 상기 제2지지유닛에 구비되며, 유압을 이용하여 인양와이어를 상측으로 이동시키는 인양유닛 및 상기 인양와이어의 하단에 연결되며, 기 시공된 교량구조물의 끝단에 시공될 프리캐스트 세그먼트를 고정시키는 고정유닛을 포함한다.
