ALUMINA CERAMICS COMPOSITION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention discloses an alumina ceramic composition that may be manufactured at a sintering temperature that is much lower than a sintering temperature of the related art and at an air atmosphere and that has a high thermal conductivity of 10 W/m×K, and a method for manufacturing the same. The alumina ceramic composition according to the present invention is manufactured by mixing samples of Al_2O_3 and Cu_2O, calcining the mixture of the samples, synthesizing CuAlO_2, adding Cu_2 to CuAlO_2, and sintering it at a low temperature of not more than 1200°C at an air atmosphere.
본 발명에서는 종래보다 크게 낮은 소결온도와 일반적인 대기 분위기에서 제조가능하면서도 10W/m·K 이상의 높은 열전도도를 갖는 알루미나 세라믹 조성물과 그의 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 의한 알루미나 세라믹 조성물은 AlO및 CuO의 각 시료를 혼합하고 하소하여 CuAlO를 합성한 후, 상기 CuAlO에 CuO를 첨가하고 대기 분위기에서 1200℃이하의 저온으로 소성됨으로써 제조된다.

본 발명에서는 종래보다 크게 낮은 소결온도와 일반적인 대기 분위기에서 제조가능하면서도 10W/m·K 이상의 높은 열전도도를 갖는 알루미나 세라믹 조성물과 그의 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 의한 알루미나 세라믹 조성물은 AlO및 CuO의 각 시료를 혼합하고 하소하여 CuAlO를 합성한 후, 상기 CuAlO에 CuO를 첨가하고 대기 분위기에서 1200℃이하의 저온으로 소성됨으로써 제조된다.
