FORM TRAVELLER
The present invention relates to a form traveler. Specifically, the form traveler comprises: an upper traveler installed in the upper part of a girder segment which is constructed; an upper rail installed on the girder segment; a launching unit connecting the upper traveler and the upper rail and moving the upper traveler, the upper rail, or both of the upper traveler and the upper rail; a lower traveler connected to the upper traveler and installed in the lower part of the segment, wherein a mold is installed in the lower traveler; and a driven unit connected to the girder segment and the lower traveler and moving the lower traveler when the upper traveler is moved by the launching unit. The multipurpose form traveler is used for a concrete cable-stayed bridge as an upper road type form traveler and a lower road type form traveler are integrated so that the form traveler can be used regardless of the shape of a cross section of an outer wall of a girder used for the concrete cable-stayed bridge.
본 발명은 폼 트래블러에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 시공된 거더 세그먼트 상부에 설치되는 상부트래블러; 상기 거더 세그먼트 상에 설치되는 상부레일; 상기 상부트래블러와 상기 상부레일을 연결하고, 상기 상부트래블러 또는 상기 상부레일, 또는 이들 모두의 이동을 가능하게 하는 런칭수단; 상기 상부트래블러에 연결되어 상기 세그먼트 하부에 배치되고, 거푸집이 설치되는 하부트래블러; 및 상기 거더 세그먼트와 상기 하부트래블러에 연결되어 상기 런칭수단에 의한 상기 상부트래블러의 이동 시, 상기 하부트래블러의 이동을 가능하게 하는 종동수단;을 포함하여 구성된다. 즉 본 발명은 콘크리트 사장교에 사용되는 거더의 외벽체의 단면 형상에 상관없이 적용될 수 있도록 상로식 폼 트래블러와 하로식 폼 트래블러가 병합되어 구성됨으로써 콘크리트 사장교에 사용되는 범용적인 폼 트래블러를 제안하고자 한다.
