PRESTRESSED WALE FOR TEMPORARY FACILITY
Provided by the present invention is a prestress wale for a sheathing temporary facility capable of adopting an additional reaction, which is able to: be constructed economically by reducing the overall number of structural steel materials to be less in comparison with a conventional strut wale by focusing on the improvement of the economic feasibility and efficiency of the construction; and increase construction efficiency by shortening a construction period while facilitating a ground excavation and a structure installation which are follow-up processes by reinforcing the safety of the wale when extending the wale. To achieve the above purpose, the prestress wale for a sheathing temporary facility capable of adopting an additional reaction according to the present invention includes: vertical piles which are arranged at predetermined intervals; a wale which is installed across the vertical piles; and a strut which fixates and supports the wale. The present invention has features of a long span light wale by including: horizontal beams which are arranged across the wale; light PS steel wire settling brackets which are fixated and installed in both ends of the horizontal beams; a device, for supporting PS steel wire and adopting prestress, which is arranged between the light PS steel wire settling brackets; the PS steel wire which is fixated and installed over the light PS steel wire settling brackets and the device for supporting PS steel wire and adopting prestress; and PS steel wire settling units which are installed in both end parts of the horizontal beams.
본 발명은 경제성 향상과 시공 효율성 향상에 중점을 두어 재래식 버팀보 띠장 보다 전체적인 강재 자재수량을 줄여 경제적으로 시공될 수 있도록 하며, 띠장의 연장을 더욱 길게 하면서 띠장의 안전성을 강화하여 후속 공정인 지반굴착과 구조물 설치를 용이하게 하면서 시공기간을 단축하여 시공효율성을 증대시키도록 한 추가반력 도입이 가능한 흙막이 가시설용 프리스트레스 띠장을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 추가반력 도입이 가능한 흙막이 가시설용 프리스트레스 띠장은 일정한 간격으로 배치되는 수직파일과; 상기 수직파일 간을 가로질러 설치되는 띠장과; 상기 띠장을 고정, 지지하는 버팀보로 구성되는 흙막이 가시설용 띠장에 있어서, 상기 띠장을 가로질러 배치되는 수평빔과; 상기 수평빔의 양단에 고정 설치되는 경량PS강선정착브라켓과; 상기 경량PS강선정착브라켓 사이에 배치되는 PS강선받침대 겸용 프리스트레스도입장치와; 상기 경량PS강선정착브라켓과 PS강선받침대 겸용 프리스트레스도입장치에 걸쳐 고정 설치되는 PS강선과; 상기 수평빔의 양단부에 설치되는 PS강선정착부로 구성되어, 장경간 경량띠장인 것을 특징으로 한다.

Provided by the present invention is a prestress wale for a sheathing temporary facility capable of adopting an additional reaction, which is able to: be constructed economically by reducing the overall number of structural steel materials to be less in comparison with a conventional strut wale by focusing on the improvement of the economic feasibility and efficiency of the construction; and increase construction efficiency by shortening a construction period while facilitating a ground excavation and a structure installation which are follow-up processes by reinforcing the safety of the wale when extending the wale. To achieve the above purpose, the prestress wale for a sheathing temporary facility capable of adopting an additional reaction according to the present invention includes: vertical piles which are arranged at predetermined intervals; a wale which is installed across the vertical piles; and a strut which fixates and supports the wale. The present invention has features of a long span light wale by including: horizontal beams which are arranged across the wale; light PS steel wire settling brackets which are fixated and installed in both ends of the horizontal beams; a device, for supporting PS steel wire and adopting prestress, which is arranged between the light PS steel wire settling brackets; the PS steel wire which is fixated and installed over the light PS steel wire settling brackets and the device for supporting PS steel wire and adopting prestress; and PS steel wire settling units which are installed in both end parts of the horizontal beams.
본 발명은 경제성 향상과 시공 효율성 향상에 중점을 두어 재래식 버팀보 띠장 보다 전체적인 강재 자재수량을 줄여 경제적으로 시공될 수 있도록 하며, 띠장의 연장을 더욱 길게 하면서 띠장의 안전성을 강화하여 후속 공정인 지반굴착과 구조물 설치를 용이하게 하면서 시공기간을 단축하여 시공효율성을 증대시키도록 한 추가반력 도입이 가능한 흙막이 가시설용 프리스트레스 띠장을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 추가반력 도입이 가능한 흙막이 가시설용 프리스트레스 띠장은 일정한 간격으로 배치되는 수직파일과; 상기 수직파일 간을 가로질러 설치되는 띠장과; 상기 띠장을 고정, 지지하는 버팀보로 구성되는 흙막이 가시설용 띠장에 있어서, 상기 띠장을 가로질러 배치되는 수평빔과; 상기 수평빔의 양단에 고정 설치되는 경량PS강선정착브라켓과; 상기 경량PS강선정착브라켓 사이에 배치되는 PS강선받침대 겸용 프리스트레스도입장치와; 상기 경량PS강선정착브라켓과 PS강선받침대 겸용 프리스트레스도입장치에 걸쳐 고정 설치되는 PS강선과; 상기 수평빔의 양단부에 설치되는 PS강선정착부로 구성되어, 장경간 경량띠장인 것을 특징으로 한다.
