Hose connecting structure for hydraulic breaker
The present invention is capable of reducing material costs, shortening a length for hose connection, and a rotation radius of an excavator arm by connecting a hose of a hydraulic breaker with a main body of the breaker and the upper part of a bulk cap and connecting the hose with a hydraulic pipe of the excavator arm in the upper part of the bulk cap. According to the present invention, a hose connecting structure for a hydraulic breaker comprises: a first hydraulic hose of which one end is connected with the main body of the breaker through a connection unit and of which the other end is connected with a joint unit placed in the bulk cap; and a second hydraulic hose of which one end is connected with the joint unit and of which the other end is connected with the hydraulic pipe of the excavator arm.
본 발명은 유압브레이커에서 호스를 브레이커의 메인 바디와 벌크 캡 상부에 연결하고, 벌크 캡의 상부에서 굴삭기 암의 유압파이프에 호스를 연결하는 구조로 개선함으로써, 굴삭기 암의 회전 반경을 확보할 수 있으며 호스 연결 길이를 단축시키고 원가를 절감할 수 있도록 한다. 본 발명에 따른 유압 브레이커용 호스 연결구조체는, 일단부가 연결수단을 매개로 브레이커 메인 바디와 연결되고 타단부가 벌크 캡에 마련된 조인트수단과 연결되는 제1유압호스와, 일단이 조인트수단과 연결되고 타단이 굴삭기 암의 유압파이프와 연결되는 제2유압호스로 구성된 것이다.
