CEILING BOARD AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING CEILING BOARD
The present invention relates to a ceiling board capable of finishing a ceiling by being fixated to a ceiling of a building or an interior ceiling structure and to a ceiling board manufacturing method and, more specifically, relates to a ceiling board comprising: a base plate formed into a metallic plate shape; a bent piece formed on an edge of the base plate to be bent inwards, formed to be parallel to the base plate; a plurality of coupling holes vertically penetrating through the bent piece at constant intervals; and a plurality of insertion holes formed in the base plate positioned on an identical central line of the coupling holes to correspond to the coupling holes, and to a ceiling board manufacturing method. The ceiling board is fixated to a ceiling structure by inserting bolts into the coupling holes formed in the bent piece after allowing the bent piece to come in contact with the ceiling structure. In addition, the ceiling board is made of a metal, thus being semi-permanent. In addition, the ceiling board is capable of being directly installed in an m-bar (lightweight steel ceiling frame) used to construct a textile ceiling material in the past, thus being easily installed. Accordingly, the time required for installation is reduced, and the work efficiency is high. Moreover, a remarkable effect of preventing emission of unharmful substances from a gypsum board is obtained.
본 발명은 건축물 또는 실내의 천장구조물에 고정되어 천장을 마감처리 하는 천장판 및 천장판 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 금속판재형상의 베이스플레이트와; 상기 베이스플레이트의 가장자리에 내측 방향을 향하도록 절곡되어 상기 베이스플레이트와 평행하도록 형성된 절곡편과; 상기 절곡편에 서로 일정간격을 유지하며 상하로 관통되게 형성된 다수의 결합홀과; 상기 결합홀에 대응하도록 결합홀의 동일 중심선 상에 위치하는 베이스플레이트 상에 형성되는 다수의 삽입홀;로 구성되되, 상기 천장판은 상기 절곡편을 천장구조물에 접촉시킨 뒤, 절곡편에 형성된 결합홀에 볼트를 삽입시킴으로써 천장구조물에 고정되는 것이 특징인 천장판 및 천장판 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명은 금속으로 제조되어 반영구적이며, 종래의 텍스천장재의 시공에 사용된 m-bar(경량철골천정틀)에 바로 시공할 수 있어 시공이 간단하므로 작업시간이 단축되는 등 작업의 효율성이 높으며, 석고보드로 인한 유해물질의 방출이 없다는 현저한 효과가 있다.
