Disclosed is a blind-type insulating device for a window. The blind-type insulating device for a window of the present invention is for heat insulation by selectively covering the entire window. The blind-type insulating device for a window includes a frame unit composed of an upper frame, a lower frame, a left frame, and a right frame and installed in an inner surface of a structure wherein a window frame is installed or an inner surface of the window frame installed in a building and an insulating member formed into a fabric or a film structure to prevent cold air or hot air passing through the window and installed in the frame unit to move upward and downward. A winding device to move the insulating member upward by winding the insulating member or to move the insulating member downward by unwinding the insulating member is formed inside the upper frame. A guide unit to guide the left and right ends of the insulating member when the insulating member is moved upward and downward is formed in each of the left and right frames. A seating unit wherein the lower end of the insulating member is guided and inserted when the downward movement of the insulating member is completed is formed in the lower frame. The blind-type insulating device for a window is capable of covering the entire window to prevent an inflow and an outflow of the cold air or hot air by selectively moving the insulating member downward by operating the winding device or opening the window by moving the insulating member upward. According to the present invention, the insulating member moving upward and downward by the winding device is installed in the window frame or the structure wherein the window structure is installed, thereby being operated without interference with the opening and closing of the window. In addition, an effect of preventing an inflow of low-temperature external air to an indoor space in the winter while preventing an outflow of the indoor cold air to the outside in the summer is obtained.

창문용 블라인드 타입 보온 단열장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 창문용 블라인드 타입 보온 단열장치는, 창문 전체를 선택적으로 커버하여 보온과 단열을 이루기 위한 것으로서, 건물의 내부에 위치하는 창틀의 내측면 또는 창틀이 설치되는 구조물의 내측면에 설치되는 상부 프레임, 하부 프레임, 좌측 프레임 및 우측 프레임들로 이루어진 프레임부; 및 상기 창문을 통과하는 냉기나 온기를 차단하도록 직물이나 필름 구조로 형성되어 상기 프레임부에 승,하강 가능하게 설치되는 단열부재를 포함하고, 상기 상부 프레임의 내부에는, 상기 단열부재를 감아 상승시키거나 감긴 단열부재를 풀어 하강시키기 위한 권취장치가 마련되고, 상기 좌측 프레임과 우측 프레임에는, 상기 단열부재가 승,하강할 때 상기 단열부재의 좌,우측 가장자리를 안내하기 위한 안내부가 각각 마련되며, 상기 하부 프레임에는, 상기 단열부재가 하강 완료되었을 때 상기 단열부재의 하단 가장자리가 안내되어 삽입되기 위한 안착부가 마련되고, 상기 권취장치를 조작하여 상기 단열부재를 선택적으로 하강시켜 상기 창문 전체를 커버하여 냉기나 온기를 차단하거나, 상승시켜 창문을 개방할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 단열부재가 권취장치에 의해 승,하강하도록 구성되어 창틀이나 창틀이 설치되는 구조물에 마련됨으로써, 창문의 개폐와 간섭되지 않고 작동될 수 있고, 겨울철에는 낮은 외기가 실내로 유입되지 않도록 차단하고, 여름철에는 실내의 냉기가 외부로 빠져 나가지 않도록 할 수 있는 효과를 제공할 수 있게 된다.
