The present invention relates to an insulation type window frame assembly comprising: a main frame installed horizontally or perpendicularly to an outer wall of a building, having a hollow structure, an open front side facing the outer wall of a building, a curved end installed at an end of a front side of an upper side wall and a lower side wall to screen a part of an upper side and a lower side of the open front side, and a partition wall separated from the curved end to provide an accommodation space inside; an insulation block installed inside the accommodation space of the main frame and having a vertically long installation groove and a cut hole formed on a wall surface of a front side wall in the same side with the open front side of the main frame to be penetrated up to the installation groove in the longitudinal direction of the main frame; and a support frame having an installation end fixated inside the installation groove of the insulation block and a protrusion protruding from the installation end and formed to cross between two windows by penetrating the cut hole of the insulation block. An insulation type window frame assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention is to be firmly assembled while keeping highly efficient insulation by blocking heat transfer via the support frame.
본 발명은 건물 외벽에 수평 혹은, 수직하게 설치되면서 내부가 빈 파이프 구조로 형성되고, 건물 외부를 향하는 전방측은 개방되게 형성됨과 더불어 상측벽 및 하측벽의 전방측 끝단에는 상기 전방측 개방 부위의 상측 및 하측 일부를 가로막도록 절곡된 절곡단이 형성되며, 내부에는 상기 절곡단과 이격되게 위치되면서 수용공간을 제공하는 구획격벽이 형성되어 이루어진 메인프레임; 단열 재질의 블럭체로 이루어지면서 상기 메인프레임의 수용공간 내에 장착되며, 내부에는 상하 방향으로 긴 구조의 장착홈이 형성됨과 더불어 상기 메인프레임의 개방된 측과 동일한 방향측의 전방측 벽면에는 메인프레임의 길이 방향을 따라 절개공이 상기 장착홈에 이르기까지 관통 형성되어 이루어진 단열블럭; 상기 단열블럭의 장착홈 내에 장착 고정되는 장착단과, 상기 장착단으로부터 돌출되면서 상기 단열블럭의 절개공을 관통하여 두 유리창 사이를 가로지르도록 형성되는 돌출단을 구비하여 이루어진 지지프레임;을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 단열형 창틀 조립체가 제공되며, 이를 통해 지지프레임을 통한 열전도를 차단하여 고효율의 단열을 이룰 수 있도록 하면서도 견고한 조립 상태로의 유지가 가능하도록 한 것이다.
