DEVELOPMENT OF TRANSPARENT ER-DOPED α-SIALON CERAMICS AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME
Provided in the present invention is α-Sialon, wherein erbium or erbium and ytterbium are added as a gap stabilizer. A novel erbium-stabilized α-Sialon ceramic has excellent transparency and exhibits upconversion luminescence. Particularly, the exclusively doped case of erbium has excellent transparency and upconversion luminescence in comparison with the joint-doped case of Yb_2O_3 with Er_2O_3.
본 발명은 에르븀 또는 에르븀과 이터븀이 간극 안정화제로서 첨가된 α-시알론을 제공한다. 신규한 에르븀 안정화된 α-시알론 세라믹은 우수한 투명성 뿐만 아니라 업컨버젼 발광을 나타낸다. 특히 YbO가 ErO로 공동-도핑된 경우에 비해 에르븀 단독 도핑된 경우가 투명성 및 업컨버젼 발광 특성이 우수하다.
