REFRACTORY ENABLED SELF-MEASUREMENT OF LIFETIME
The present invention relates to a self-life measurement type refractory. More specifically, the present invention relates to the self-life measurement type refractory, expecting remained life of the refractory to stably maintain operation. According to the self-life measurement type refractory, one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a refractory body unit; and a pair of panel units provided inside the refractory body unit. Wires are connected to each panel unit, wherein the wire measures an electromotive force.
본 발명은 자가 수명 측정형 내화물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 내화물의 잔존 수명을 예측하여 안정적으로 조업을 유지하기 위한 자가 수명 측정형 내화물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일실시예는 자가 수명 측정형 내화물에 있어서, 내화물 몸체부; 및 상기 내화물 몸체부 내부에 마련되는 한 쌍의 판넬부를 포함하며, 상기 한 쌍의 판넬부에는 기전력을 측정할 수 있는 배선이 각각 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 자가 수명 측정형 내화물을 제공한다.
