Disclosed is a vacuum door locking and sealing device that can be conveniently and safely when a worker opens and closes a door part of vacuum equipment. The vacuum door locking and sealing device is adhered uniformly even if used by an unskilled person, and performs locking simultaneously when adhered, thereby having superior reliability. Moreover, the vacuum door locking and sealing device performs sealing and locking a door by the worker′s only one handle operation without locking everything one by one, thereby shortening the working time.
본 발명은 진공 장비에서 도어 부분을 열고 닫을때 보다 편리하고 안전하게 사용하기 위한 것으로 미숙련자가 사용해도 문제 없도록 동일한 압력으로 균등하게 밀착하며, 밀착과 동시에 잠금 작용도 같이 발생하므로 안정성이 뛰어 나다. 또한 작업자가 일일이 잠그는 일 없이 한번의 핸들 동작으로 실링과 도어 잠금이 이루어 지므로 작업 시간을 단축할 수 있다.
