LEAD-FREE PIEZOELECTRIC CERAMIC COMPOSITION AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates a lead-free piezoelectric ceramic composition and a method of preparing the same. A lead-free piezoelectric ceramic composition according to the present invention does not include any lead, so that the lead-free piezoelectric ceramic composition is echo-friendly. The lead-free piezoelectric ceramic composition uses relaxer ferroelectrics having a uniform particle size and a narrow range of particle size distribution as a medium, so that the density is high. In addition, the lead-free piezoelectric ceramic composition has a structure in which ferroelectric particles are distributed into the medium, so that the electric-field induced property is excellent. Further, since the lead-free piezoelectric ceramic composition is prepared through high-energy ball-milling treatment, it is easy to control the process time and temperature, so that the process efficiency and cost are improved.
본 발명은 무연 압전 세라믹 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 무연 압전 세라믹 조성물은, 납을 포함하지 않아 환경친화적일 뿐만 아니라, 입도가 균일하여 입도 분포가 좁은 완화형 강유전체를 매질로 사용하여 치밀도가 높고, 상기 매질에 강유전체 입자가 분산된 구조를 가져 전계유기 특성이 우수하다. 또한, 고에너지 볼 밀링법(high energy ball-milling treatment)을 통하여 제조되므로 공정시간, 공정온도 등의 제어가 용이하여 공정효율 및 공정비용이 개선되는 이점이 있다.
