SLEEVE FOR AIR DUCT AND AIR DUCT CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a sleeve for an air duct and a method to construct an air duct using the same. The sleeve for an air duct includes: a sleeve which comprises a hollow type main body part which has an upper part and a lower part formed to be penetrated to allow a vertical exhaust pipe to be inserted, a fixing flange part which is located on the same line as a casting plane of a concrete by being curved to the outside of an upper part and a lower part of the main body part, a fixing protrusion which is formed to protrude inwardly along the inner circumference of the main body part, and fixes the position of the vertical exhaust pipe by coming in contact with the front end of the vertical exhaust pipe, and a rigid reinforced protrusion which is formed to be spaced from a lower part of the fixing protrusion, protrudes toward the outer circumference of the main body part, and improves a contact area with the sleeve and the concrete; and a sealing cover which comprises a fastening flange separably fastened to the fixing flange part by a fastening unit and an insertion part inserted into the inner circumference of the main body part, and prevents inflow of a byproduct of the concrete while the concrete is poured.
본 발명은 에어덕트용 슬리브 및 이를 이용한 에어덕트 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 에어덕트용 슬리브에 있어서, 수직 배기관이 삽입되도록 상부 및 하부가 관통 형성된 중공형태의 본체부와, 상기 본체부의 상단 및 하단 외측으로 절곡 형성되어 콘크리트의 타설면과 동일선상에 위치하는 고정 플랜지부와, 상기 본체부의 내주면을 따라 내측으로 돌출되게 형성되며, 상기 수직 배기관의 선단부가 접촉되어 상기 수직 배기관의 위치를 고정시키는 고정턱과, 상기 고정턱의 하부로 소정 간격 이격되게 구성되며, 상기 본체부의 외주면측으로 돌출 형성되어 상기 슬리브와 콘크리트와의 접촉 면적을 향상시키는 강성 보강돌기를 포함하는 슬리브; 및 상기 고정 플랜지부와 체결수단에 의해 분리 가능하게 체결되는 체결 플랜지와, 상기 본체부의 내주면에 삽입되는 삽입부로 이루어지며, 콘크리트 타설시 상기 콘크리트의 부산물이 유입되는 것을 방지하는 밀폐커버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어덕트용 슬리브를 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a sleeve for an air duct and a method to construct an air duct using the same.
