LEAD-FREE PIEZOELECTRIC CERAMIC COMPOSITION, PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF AND PIEZOELECTRIC ELEMENT COMPRISING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a lead-free piezoelectric ceramic composition, a manufacturing method thereof, and a piezoelectric element having the same. According to the present invention, the lead-free piezoelectric ceramic composition is not only eco-friendly since the lead-free piezoelectric ceramic composition does not include lead, but also has excellent electric field-induced strain. And the lead-free piezoelectric ceramic composition is competitive in a price aspect by using a relatively cheap electrode since the sintering temperature can be controlled between 800-1000°C by including a sintering aid, and can be usefully used in a piezoelectric element in various fields.
본 발명은 무연 압전 세라믹 조성물, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 압전 소자에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 무연 압전 세라믹 조성물은, 납을 포함하지 않아 환경친화적일 뿐만 아니라, 전계유기 변형률이 우수하고, 소결 조제를 포함함으로써 소결 온도를 800 내지 1000℃로 제어할 수 있어, 비교적 저렴한 전극을 사용하여 가격 측면에서 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있으며, 다양한 분야의 압전 소자에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
