SEISMIC REINFORCEMENT USING PRECAST CONCRETE WALL OUTSIDE OF BUILDING
The present invention relates to a seismic reinforcement structure using a precast concrete (hereinafter, PC) wall and, more specifically, to a seismic reinforcement structure capable of increasing the earthquake resistance of an existing building by installing a PC wall to a frame external surface of the existing building requiring seismic reinforcement as a shear wall. The seismic reinforcement structure according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention makes the PC wall perform as a shear wall by removing an external wall of the existing building requiring the seismic reinforcement and directly attaching the PC wall pre-manufactured in a factory to control the strength and stiffness of the external surface of the frame of the existing building configured of an exposed column and beam, thereby increasing the seismic performance of the existing building.
본 발명은 프리캐스트 콘크리트(이하 PC) 벽체를 이용한 내진보강구조에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 내진 보강이 요구되는 기존 건축물의 골조 외면에 PC벽체를 전단벽으로 설치함으로써, 기존 건축물의 내진성능을 향상시키는 내진보강구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시형태에 따른 내진보강구조는, 내진 보강이 요구되는 기존 건축물의 외벽을 제거하여 노출된 기둥과 보로 구성된 기존 건축물의 골조 외면에 강도와 강성이 조절되도록 공장제작된 PC벽체를 직접 접합하여 PC벽체가 전단벽으로 거동하도록 함으로써 기존 건축물의 내진성능을 향상시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
