COLOR BRICK FOR INTERIOR MATERIALS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A manufacturing method of a color brick as an interior material for construction, which presents excellent physical and chemical properties and increases aesthetic sense, includes steps of: generating a composition by mixing a fiber reinforced plastic hardener, a solidifying agent, waste stone powder sludge, and a mixture solution of colored ceramic powder; generating a mixture by adding flame-resisting Styrofoam grains of 5 to 20 parts by weight as additives into the generated composition of 80 to 95 parts by weight; agitating the mixture added with a nanopaint and a colored ceramic powder therein at the constant temperature of 25°C for 1 to 2 hours; filling a brick mold with the agitated mixture; and de-molding a finished color brick as the interior material for the construction after hardening the agitated mixture.
건축내장재용 컬러 벽돌의 제조방법은 섬유강화 플라스틱 경화제, 고화제, 폐석분 슬러지 및 유색 세라믹 분말 혼합액을 혼합하여 조성물을 생성하는 단계, 생성된 조성물 80내지 95 중량부에 첨가물로 난연 스티로폼 알갱이 5 내지 20 중량부를 첨가하여 혼합물을 생성하는 단계, 나노페인트와 유색 세라믹 분말이 첨가된 혼합물을 상온 25도로 1시간 내지 2시간 교반하는 단계, 교반된 혼합물을 벽돌금형틀에 충진하는 단계 및 경화시킨 후, 완성된 건축내장용 컬러 벽돌을 탈형하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
