The present invention relates to an opening and closing panel door type gate apparatus having a shield member installed to control an access to a certain place and formed into a panel door, reducing malfunctions by enabling a stable driving as the number of rotation joints of a driving unit for an access of the panel door to a main body is minimized, and manufacturing a compact gate at low costs since a driving space of the driving unit is minimized so the driving unit is simplified. The present invention is a gate apparatus having a panel door, which has the driving unit for opening and closing an access line as the panel door as a shield member accesses the access line from a main body installed on one side or both sides of the access line and for moving the orbit of the panel door to the inside the main body to control the opening and closing of the access line. The driving unit comprises: a frame disposed inside the main body, spaced apart from the panel door to face the same, and erected to allow the panel door to be installed at a predetermined height; a power generation unit installed on the frame and generating rotation power to open and close the access line as the panel door makes an orbital movement; a link unit having one side coupled to the power generation unit and the other side coupled to one side of the panel door to be able to rotate and transmitting the rotation power generated by the power generation unit to the panel door in order to move the orbit of the panel door; and a rail member installed on one side of the panel door, to which the other side of the link unit is coupled to be able to move and maintaining the position of the panel door when the panel door makes an orbital movement.

본 발명은, 특정의 장소의 출입 단속을 위해 설치되는 게이트의 차단부재를 판넬의 형태를 갖는 도어로 형성하고, 판넬형태의 도어를 본체 상에서 출입시키기 위한 구동부의 회전관절을 최소화하여 게이트의 안정적인 구동에 의한 고장발생률을 감소시키며, 구동부의 구동공간이 최소화되록 구성함과 동시에 구동부가 단순화되도록 하여 게이트를 컴팩트하고 낮은 단가로 제작할 수 있도록 한 판넬도어 개폐형 게이트 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 출입선상의 일측 또는 양측에 설치된 본체에서 출입선상 측으로 차단부재인 판넬도어가 출입하여 출입선상을 개폐시키며, 상기 본체 내부에 판넬도어를 궤도이동시켜 출입선상의 개폐를 단속하도록 한 구동부가 설치된 게이트 장치에 있어서, 상기 구동부는, 본체 내부에서 판넬도어와 대향되도록 이격배치되고, 상기 판넬도어가 목적하는 높이로 설치되도록 하기 위해 세워져 설치된 프레임과; 상기 프레임에 설치되어 판넬도어가 궤도이동하여 출입선상을 개폐시키기 위한 회전동력을 발생시키는 동력발생유닛과; 상기 동력발생유닛과 일측이 결합되고, 타측이 판넬도어의 일측에 회전가능하게 결합되어 동력발생유닛의 회전동력을 판넬도어로 전달함에 의해 상기 판넬도어가 궤도이동되도록 하는 링크유닛과; 상기 판넬도어의 일측에 설치되고, 상기 링크유닛의 타측이 슬라이드 이동가능하게 결합되어 링크유닛에 의해 판넬도어가 궤도이동될 때 상기 판넬도어의 자세를 유지시키는 레일부재;를 포함하여 구성된다.
