WOOD FLOOR INSTALLATION STRUCTURE CONTAINING LACQUER
The present invention relates to a wood floor installation structure on the ground (L), comprising: a board plate (10) mounted on an upper surface of the ground (L) to be safe from external shock; laminated wood (20) mounted on an upper surface of the board plate (10) and having an outer surface coated with a mixing solution (21); an adhesive layer (30) provided to adhere the board plate (10) and the laminated wood (20); and a coating layer (40) coated on an upper surface of the laminated wood (20) to prevent damage to the same and block UV-rays. Accordingly, the present invention has effects of: providing anti-septic performance harmless to human body as well as the environment since the wood is coated with the mixed solution using non-toxic natural plant oil, anti-deformation performance preventing deformation caused by humidity, excellent fire resistance and water resistance, and excellent performance even when the wood is damaged by natural disasters such as flood and fire as well as in extremely dry conditions; and preventing discoloration of and damage to the floor.
본 발명은 지면(L) 상에 목재 마룻바닥의 설치 구조에 관련되며, 그 구성의 특징으로서 상기 지면(L)의 상부면에 안착되고, 외부의 충격으로부터 보호 가능하게 안착되는 보드판(10); 상기 보드판(10)의 상부면에 안착되고, 외면에 배합용액(21)이 도포되는 합판재(20); 상기 보드판(10)과 합판재(20)의 사이에 서로를 부착하기 위해 구비하는 접착제층(30); 및 상기 합판재(20)의 상부면에 합판재(20)의 손상 및 자외선 차단이 가능하게 도포되는 코팅층(40);을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라 본 발명은, 무독성 천연식물오일을 사용한 배합용액을 목재에 함침시킴에 따라 인체와 환경에 무해한 방부처리기능은 물론, 습도에 따른 뒤틀림 현상 등의 변형방지기능과 함께 내화성과 내수성에도 탁월하고, 홍수나 화재 등과 같은 각종 재해발생 뿐만 아니라 심각한 건조 상황 하에서도 탁월한 성능을 제공하며, 마룻바닥의 변색 및 손상을 방지할 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.
