COMPASS STANCHION
The present invention relates to an angle-adjustable stanchion that can be installed and deconstructed even in an inclined block by adjusting its angle. The angle of the angle-adjustable stanchion is adjusted by coupling a horizontal pole (50) and a vertical pole (10). The angle-adjustable stanchion includes the vertical pole (10) coupled to the horizontal pole (50), a rotary shaft (20) adjusting the angle of the vertical pole (10), a clamping portion (30) having a rotary portion concentric with the rotary shaft (20), and preventing the vertical pole (10) from being inclined at a certain angle or more, and a fixing screw (40) vertically coupled to the clamping portion (30) and fixed to the inclined block portion of a ship. Accordingly, the angle-adjustable stanchion can be adjusted in angle itself when installed to fix a clamp to an inclined block, thus being installed and deconstructed.
본 발명은 각도를 조절하여 경사진 블록에서도 설치 및 해제가 가능한 각도조절 스텐션에 관한 것으로, 수평난간대(50)와 수직난간대(10)가 결속되어 스텐션 작업 설치시 각도가 조절되는 각도가 조절되는 스텐션에 있어서, 수평난간대(50)와 결속되는 수직난간대(10)와, 상기 수직난간대(10)와 고정되고, 상기 수직난간대(10)의 각도를 조절하는 회전축(20)과, 상기 회전축(20)과 동심원으로 구성되는 회전부를 구비하고 상기 수직난간대(10)가 일정 각도 이상으로 넘어가는 것을 방지하는 각도한계부가 형성된 클램프부(30)와, 상기 클램프부(30)와 수직으로 결합되며 선박의 경사진 블록부분에 고정되는 고정나사(40)를 포함하여 구성한다. 이에 따라서, 본 발명의 각도조절스텐션을 이용하여 스텐션 설치 작업시 자체적으로 각도를 조절하여 경사진 블록에 클램프를 고박하여 설치 및 해제가 가능한 효과가 있다.
