NONPOWER APPARATUS FOR EXITING VIA THE EMERGENCY STAIRS WITH WHEEL-BASED MOBILE DEVICE
The present invention relates to a stairs evacuation assisting device for a wheel-based mobile device. The stairs evacuation assisting device for a wheel-based mobile device includes: a slope way covering a different floor level of stairs by being installed on the stairs which has the different floor levels; outer and inner handrails supported by a handrail support unit and formed on a position in which a passenger getting on the wheel-based mobile device can be supported by holding the handrail with hands, in the same width as that of the slope way; a safety belt type safety bar supporting the weight of the passenger getting on the descending wheel-based mobile device in a safety belt method by being connected to the outer and inner handrails; and a speed controller braking a speed caused by the weight of the passenger and the wheel-based mobile device by being connected to the safety bar, wherein the speed controller is installed in the each of the outer and inner handrails. The stairs evacuation assisting device for a wheel-based mobile device enables a user to easily move on stairs.
본 발명에 따른 바퀴 이동기구를 위한 계단 대피 보조장치는 단차진 계단상에 설치되어 계단의 단차를 은폐키는 경사로; 경사로와 동일한 폭으로 바퀴 이동기구에 탑승한 탑승자가 손으로 잡고 지지할 수 있는 위치에 난간 지지부의 지지를 받아 형성된 외, 내측 난간; 외, 내측 난간과 연결되어 안전벨트 방식으로 하강하는 바퀴 이동기구에 탑승한 탑승자의 하중을 지탱하는 안전벨트 타입 안전바; 및 외, 내측 난간 각각에 내장되고 안전바와 연결되어 바퀴 이동기구와 탑승자의 하중으로 인해 발생되는 속도를 제동하는 속도 제어기;를 포함하여, 계단이동을 수월하게 하는 효과가 있다.
