AIR-TEXTURING YARN COMPRISING ARAMID FILAMENT AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
The air-textured yarn according to the present invention comprises core yarn and effect yarn which are air-textured to have loops on the surface of the yarn, wherein the core yarn is an aramid filament, the effect yarn is one kind selected from a polyester filament and a nylon filament having the strength of 8-11 g/d and the elongation of 10-30%, and the weight ratio of the core yarn to the effect yarn for unit length of the air-textured yarn is 0.9-1.1 : 1.1-0.9. The air-textured yarn according to the present invention has both the excellent strength and elongation and has loops on the surface thereof, and thus adhesiveness thereof to the anti-explosion concrete is substantially improved to thereby be useful for a fiber for reinforcing the anti-explosion concrete.
본 발명에 따른 아라미드 필라멘트를 포함하는 공기교락는 심사와 초사가 공기교락되어 표면에 루프(Loop)를 형성하고 있고, 상기 심사는 아라미드 필라멘트이고, 상기 초사는 강도가 8~11g/d이고 신도가 10~30%인 폴리에스테르 필라멘트 및 나일론 필라멘트 중에서 선택된 1종이고, 공기교락사의 단위 길이당 심사 : 초사의 중량비율이 0.9~1.1 : 1.1~0.9인 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 강도와 신도가 동시에 우수하고, 표면에 루프(Loop)가 형성되어 방폭 콘크리트와의 접착성이 크게 개선되어 방폭 콘크리트 보강용 섬유로 유용하다.
