COMPLEX WINDOW FRAME
According to the present invention, a composite window frame comprises: a metallic base frame (110) having first, second, third, and fourth wall units (111, 113, 115, 117); a first main insulation material (120) having a first base unit (121), a first extension unit A (125), and a first extension unit B (127); and a second main insulation material (130) having a second base unit (131), a second extension unit A (135), and a second extension unit B (137). Provided is the composite window frame, wherein a plurality of coupling protrusions (112, 116) are formed in the first wall unit (111) and the third wall unit (115), and locking teeth (112a, 116a) are formed on side surfaces of coupling protrusions (112, 116), and a plurality of lateral insertion grooves (122a, 132a) are formed in the first base unit (121) and the second base unit (131). The purpose of the present invention is to provide a composite window frame preventing deformation of the insulation materials.
본 발명에 의하면, 둘레방향을 따라서 차례대로 이어진 제1, 제2, 제3, 제4 벽부(111, 113, 115, 117)를 구비하여, 상기 제1 벽부(111)와 상기 제3 벽부(115)가 대향하고 상기 제2 벽부(113)와 상기 제4 벽부(117)가 대향하는 중공형의 사각 단면 형상을 갖는 금속 재질의 베이스 프레임(110); 상기 제1 벽부(111)를 덮는 제1 기초부(121)와, 상기 제1 기초부(121)로부터 연장되어서 상기 제2 벽부(113)의 일부를 덮는 제1A 연장부(125)와, 상기 제1 기초부(121)로부터 연장되어서 상기 제4 벽부(117)의 일부를 덮는 제1B 연장부(127)를 구비하는 제1 주 단열재(120); 및 상기 제3 벽부(115)를 덮는 제2 기초부(131)와, 상기 제2 기초부(131)로부터 연장되어서 상기 제2 벽부(113)의 일부를 덮는 제2A 연장부(135)와, 상기 제2 기초부(131)로부터 연장되어서 상기 제4 벽부(117)의 일부를 덮는 제2B 연장부(137)를 구비하는 제2 주 단열재(130)를 포함하며, 상기 제1 벽부(111)와 상기 제3 벽부(115) 각각에는 바깥으로 돌출된 다수의 결합 돌기(112, 116)가 형성되고, 상기 결합 돌기(112, 116)의 측면에는 걸림 톱니(112a, 116a)가 형성되며, 상기 제1 기초부(121)와 상기 제2 기초부(131) 각각에는 상기 결합 돌기(112, 116)에 꼭 맞게 삽입되는 다수의 측면 삽입 홈(122a, 132a)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 창호 프레임이 제공된다.
