AUTOMATIC COVERING SYSTEM OF MOVING GATE
The present invention relates to an apparatus to automatically open and close a movable gate, and more specifically, to an apparatus to automatically open and close a movable gate capable of accurately opening a movable gate in case of a flood by delaying a time that a hydraulic pressure returning back to a hydraulic tank even if a buoy drops. An apparatus to automatically open and close a movable gate according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a water gate (10) to be open and closed by the operation of a water gate cylinder (13) in an upper end of a water gate base (11) buried in a bottom slab of a river; a bypass line (20) branched off at a hydraulic line (14) connected to the water gate cylinder (13); and a hydraulic control valve (100) including a hydraulic temporary storage unit (111) formed in a valve body (110) connected to the bypass line (20), a return line (30) connected with the hydraulic tank connected to a hydraulic return path (112) formed in the valve body, and a path opening and closing rod (120) inserted into a discharge flow path (113) connected between the hydraulic temporary storage unit (111) and hydraulic return path (112), wherein hydraulic control valve delivers or cuts off the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic temporary storage unit (111) to the hydraulic return path (112) as the flow path opening and closing rod (120) vertically moves by the operation of a buoy leverage (130) having a buoy (134).
본 발명은 가동보 수문의 자동 개폐장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 홍수가 발생하는 시점에 수문이 정확하게 개방되고, 부구가 낙하하더라도 유압이 유압탱크로 회수되는 시간을 지연시켜 수문이 확실하게 개방되는 신개념의 기술에 관한 것이다. 종래에 개시된 가동보 수문은 홍수가 발생하는 시점에 수문을 제대로 개방하지 못해 하천이 범람하여 수해를 입게 되고, 상기 수문이 열리는 스타트 시점에서 상기 유체흐름 제어밸브에 부하가 많이 걸려 파손이 발생하거나 제대로 작동하지 않으며, 상기 수문이 서서히 개방되는 도중 수위가 저하되면 수문이 완전하게 열리지 못하고 절반 정도만 개방된 상태를 유지하는 폐단이 있다. 본 발명은 이러한 문제점을 해소하기 위한 방안으로 홍수가 발생하는 시점에 부구와 함께 연동하는 유로 개폐봉이 상승하면서 일시 개방되는 최상측의 미세 유압통공을 통해 유압이 유압탱크로 서서히 회수됨과 동시에 압력이 급저하 되면서 수문이 열리는 시타트 시점에 부하가 적게 걸리면서 원활하게 개방될 수 있도록 함을 발명의 특징으로 한다.
