MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR HIGH-PURITY ALUMINA
Provided is a manufacturing method of high purity alumina. The manufacturing method of high purity alumina comprises: a dissolving step of preparing a stock solution by dissolving common aluminum hydroxide in a sodium hydroxide solution to be super saturated; a first filtration step of removing impurities which are not dissolved in the stock solution; an extraction step of extracting aluminum hydroxide by injecting seeds to the filtered stock solution; a second filtration step of separating the solids of extracted aluminum oxide from a filtrate; a hydrothermal step of mixing the solids with distilled water, and heating the resultant mixture; a third filtration step of separating the solids from water after the hydrothermal step; and a sintering step of calcining the filtered solids. Provided is the manufacturing method of high purity alumina through a simple, cost-effective, and environment-friendly method which specifies a weight ratio of the stock solution, temperature of dissolving the seeds, the amount of used seed during the extraction process, a weight ratio of the distilled water and solids during a hydrothermal reaction, temperature and duration of a reaction, etc.
본 발명은 일반 수산화알루미늄을 가성소다 용액에 과포화 용해시켜 모액을 제조하는 용해 단계; 상기 모액에서 미용해된 불순물을 제거하는 제1여과 단계; 상기 여과된 모액에 종자를 투입하여 수산화알루미늄을 석출시키는 석출 단계; 상기 석출된 산화알루미늄의 고형물을 여액과 분리시키는 제2 여과 단계; 상기 고형물을 증류수와 혼합하여 가열하는 수열 단계; 상기 수열 단계 후 고형물을 물과 분리시키는 제3 여과 단계; 및 상기 여과된 고형물을 하소시키는 소성 단계를 포함하는 고순도 알루미나의 제조방법을 제공한다.
