CEMENT MORTAR COMPOSITION FOR FLOORING
Provided is a cement mortar composition for flooring. The cement mortar composition comprises: 16-25 wt% of a bonding material which is a mixture of common portland cement and blast furnace slag micropowder; 2.5-4 wt% of a calcium oxide-calcium sulfate-based (CaO-CaSO_4) shrinkage reducing agent; 0.5-1.5 wt% of a calcium oxide-magnesium oxide-based (CaO-MgO) shrinkage reducing agent; 0.5-2 wt% of a reaction activator; and 70-80 wt% of sand. Thus, the cement mortar composition reduces the amount of carbon dioxide generated when cement is produced, and reduces the amount of generated hexavalent chrome which is a carcinogenic substance. Also, the cement mortar composition reduces cracks generated by shrinkage, thereby reducing costs of repairing defects.
본 발명은 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트와 고로슬래그 미분말을 혼합한 결합재 16 내지 25 중량%, 산화칼슘-황산칼슘(CaO-CaSO)계 수축 저감재 2.5 내지 4 중량%, 산화칼슘-산화마그네슘(CaO-MgO)계 수축 저감재 0.5 내지 1.5 중량%, 반응 활성화재 0.5 내지 2 중량% 및 모래 70 내지 80 중량%를 포함하는 바닥용 시멘트 모르타르 조성물을 제공하며, 이로 인해, 시멘트 생산 중 발생하는 이산화탄소 생성량을 저감하고, 발암물질인 6가 크롬 발생량이 감소하며, 또한, 수축으로 인한 균열을 저감함으로써 하자 보수 비용을 낮추는 효과가 있다.

Provided is a cement mortar composition for flooring.
