ROTARY ACTUATOR
The present invention provides a rotary actuator. The rotary actuator enables a bucket installed in an end part of a rotary arm of heavy equipment such as an excavator to be horizontally rotated to improve work efficiency. The rotary actuator comprises: a hydraulic unit supplying or recovering fluid; a housing connected to the hydraulic unit to have a first opening and a second opening where fluid is introduced and discharged, respectively; a shaft installed to be rotated in the housing; a blocking block provided between an inner wall of the housing and the shaft and provided between the first opening and the second opening; and a vane coupled to the shaft and rotated by the fluid.
본 발명은 굴삭기 등 중장비의 회전 암의 단부에 설치되는 버킷이 좌우 회동이 가능하게 하여 작업 능률을 향상시킬 수 있는 로터리 액추에이터를 위하여, 유체를 공급하거나 회수하는 유압부와, 상기 유압부와 연결되어 상기 유체가 각각 유출입하는 제1개구 및 제2개구를 갖는 하우징과, 상기 하우징에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 샤프트와, 상기 하우징의 내벽부터 사프트 사이에 구비되되 상기 제1개구와 상기 제2개구 사이에 구비되는 차단 블록과, 상가 샤프트에 결합되며 상기 유체에 의해 회전하는 베인을 포함하는 로터리 액추에이터를 제공한다.
