SLAB FOR MODULAR UNIT, MODULAR UNIT AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING MODULAR BUILDING USING MODULAR UINT
The present invention relates to a modular building and, more specifically, to a slab for a modular unit, a modular unit, and a method to build a modular building by using the same, capable of preventing structure members from being overlapped on the same plane in order to form a modular building by forming multiple panel units. According to a proper embodiment of the present invention, the slab for a modular unit includes: a first slab including a panel having a rectangular plane with predetermined thickness, long and short direction beams formed on long and short sides of the panel respectively, a combination sleeve formed on each corner of the panel, and a placement bracket protruding from both ends of the long direction beam to the short direction beam; and a second slab installed between a pair of first slabs, formed in parallel at a predetermined distance from each other, including a panel, having a rectangular plane with predetermined thickness, and a protruding beam, protruding downward from both short sides of the panel, and combined by placing both ends of the protruding beam in the placement bracket of the first slab.
본 발명은 모듈러 건축물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 패널 유닛을 복수로 구성하여 모듈러 건축물을 형성함에 있어 동일 평면에 구조부재가 중복되지 않는 모듈러 유닛용 슬래브, 모듈러 유닛 및 이를 이용한 모듈러 건축물의 시공방법 이의 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시형태에 따른 모듈러 유닛용 슬래브는 직사각형 평면을 갖는 일정 두께의 패널, 패널의 장변과 단변에 각각 구성되는 장변방향보와 단변방향보, 패널의 각 모서리에 구성되는 체결 슬리브, 장변방향보의 양단에서 단변방향으로 돌출되는 안착 브라켓을 포함하는 제1슬래브; 및 서로 일정 거리 이격되어 평행하게 구성되는 한 쌍의 제1슬래브 사이에 설치되며, 직사각형 평면을 갖는 일정 두께의 패널과, 패널의 양측 단변에 하향 돌출되도록 구성되는 돌출보를 포함하여 구성되며, 돌출보의 양단이 제1슬래브의 안착 브라켓에 안착되어 결합되는 제2슬래브;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
