DRYWALL STRUCTURE
Disclosed is a dry wall structure. The dry wall structure comprises: an upper runner unit positioned on an upper portion of a curved wall along a surface shape of the curved wall; a lower runner unit separated from the upper runner unit in parallel with the upper runner unit and positioned on a lower portion of the curved wall; a plurality of steel frame studs connecting the upper runner unit and the lower runner unit, wherein at least a portion thereof are positioned adjacent to each other in pairs on the curved wall; a clip unit mounted on a pair of the adjacent steel frame studs to adjust the pair of the adjacent steel frame studs to a prescribed angle to maintain the angle, and supported on the curved wall; and a plurality of finishing boards positioned on outer surfaces of the upper runner unit, the lower runner unit, and the steel frame studs to form a single curved surface. The dry wall structure prevents the steel frame studs from spreading and deformation of the steel frame studs when the dry wall structure is installed on the curved wall to maintain structural stability and improve constructability to reduce construction costs.
본 발명은 곡면 벽체의 상부에서 상기 곡면 벽체의 표면 형상을 따라 위치되는 상부 런너부; 상기 상부 런너부와 평행하도록 이격되어 상기 곡면 벽체의 하부에 위치되는 하부 런너부; 상기 상부 런너부와 상기 하부 런너부를 연결하면서 상기 곡면 벽체 상에서 적어도 일부가 한 쌍씩 인접하게 위치되는 복수 개의 철골 스터드부들; 상기 한 쌍의 인접하게 위치된 철골 스터드부들에 결합되어, 상기 한 쌍의 인접하게 위치된 철골 스터드부들을 설정 각도로 조절하여 유지하고, 상기 곡면 벽체 상에 지지되는 클립부; 및 상기 상부 런너부, 상기 하부 런너부 및 상기 철골 스터드부들의 외측면에 위치되어 하나의 곡면을 형성하는 복수 개의 마감 보드부들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건식 벽체 구조물을 개시한다. 상기와 같은 건식 벽체 구조물은 곡면 벽체에 설치될 때 철골 스터드부들 사이의 벌어짐 및 철골 스터드부들 자체의 변형을 방지하여, 구조적 안정성을 유지할 수 있고, 시공성이 향상되어 시공에 따른 비용을 절감할 수 있다.
