The present invention relates to a multifunctional sidewalk block substructure supporting a sidewalk block in a lower side of the sidewalk block and, more specifically, to a multifunctional sidewalk block substructure with a rainwater discharge reduction reducing function and a differential settlement preventing function positioned between a sidewalk block and a soil layer when constructing the sidewalk block, reducing nonpoint contaminants and preventing a flood in an urban area, and preventing differential settlement by not being transformed even in a long-term usage by receiving and storing rainwater permeated through the sidewalk blocks in the case of rain and to a construction method using the same. Accordingly, the multifunctional sidewalk block substructure with the rainwater discharge reduction reducing function and the differential settlement preventing function proposed in the present invention, in the substructure installed in a lower side of the sidewalk blocks and temporarily storing rainwater, includes a rainwater storing unit positioned in the lower side of the sidewalk blocks, receiving rainwater through an open upper part in the case of rain, and storing the received rainwater and supporting members formed to be stood upright in the rainwater storing unit, dividing the rainwater storing unit into multiple separated spaces, and supporting the sidewalk block seated on the top. The construction method using the sidewalk block substrate with the rainwater discharge reduction reducing function and the differential settlement preventing function includes: a compacting step of compacting the ground where the sidewalk block is to be constructed; a placing and compacting step of placing and compacting rubble and sand on the ground after the compacting step; a substructure seating step of seating the substructure stated in the claim 1 on the top of the placed rubble and sand after the placing and compacting step; and an installation step of seating and installing the sidewalk block on the top of the substructure after the seating step.

본 발명은 보도블럭 하부에서 보도블럭을 지지하는 하부구조체에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 보도블럭 시공시 보도블럭과 토양층의 사이에 위치하여 강우시 보도블럭이 투수시키는 빗물을 유입하여 저류시켜 비점오염물질 저감 및 도시 홍수를 예방하고, 장기간 사용시에도 형태가 변형되지 않아 부등침하를 방지하는 강우유출 저감 및 부등침하 방지기능을 갖는 다기능 하부구조체 및 그를 사용한 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명이 제안하는 강우유출 저감 및 부등침하 방지 기능을 갖는 보도블럭 하부구조체는 보도블럭 하부에 설치되어 빗물을 일시적으로 저류시키는 하부구조체에 있어서, 상기 보도블럭 하부에 위치하여, 강우시 개방된 상단으로 빗물을 유입하여 저류시키는 저류부;와 상기 저류부에서 복수개 직립형성되어 저류부를 복수개의 개별공간으로 분리하고, 상단에 안착되는 보도블럭을 지지하는 지지부재;를 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 강우유출 저감 및 부등침하 방지 기능을 갖는 보도블럭 하부구조체를 이용한 보도블럭 시공방법은 보도블럭을 시공할 지반을 다짐하는 다짐단계;와 상기 다짐단계 후 지반 위에 잡석 및 모래를 포설한 후 다짐하는 포설다짐단계;와 상기 포설다짐단계 후 청구항 1에 기재된 하부구조체를 포설된 잡석 및 모래 상단에 안착시키는 하부구조체 안착단계;와 상기 안착단계 후 하부구조체 상단에 보도블럭을 안착하여 설치하는 설치단계;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
