PILE REINFORCEMENT DEVICE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING PILE REINFORCEMENT DEVICE
The present invention relates to a pile reinforcing device and a construction method using the same. The construction method using the pile reinforcing device includes: a step (S10) of drilling a hole in the ground; a step (S11) of injecting a pile into the hole and injecting mortar (121); a step of compacting the ground within a predetermined radius (d2) around the pile using the pile reinforcing device; a step (S13) of injecting a hardening agent into the compact ground; and a step (S14) of hardening the hardening agent. The construction method using the pile reinforcing device is capable of improving and reinforcing all parts around the pile without a part not improved when using an existing method and ultimately maintaining bearing capacities of the reinforced ground and the pile to be always constant.
본 발명은 파일 주변의 지반을 보강하기 위한 파일보강장치와 이을 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 지반에 홈을 천공하는 단계(S10); 홈에 파일을 삽입하고, 몰탈(121)을 주입하는 단계(S11); 파일을 구심으로 파일보강장치로 일정 반경(d2)의 지반을 정지하는 단계(S12); 정지된 지반에 고화제를 주입하는 단계(S13); 및 고화제가 고화되는 단계(S14);를 포함하여 이루어짐으로써, 종래와 같이 미개량되는 부위가 전혀 존재하지 않으면서 파일 주위 전체가 개량 및 보강되고, 궁극적으로 보강된 지반과 파일의 지지력이 항상 일정하게 유지되도록 한 것이다.
