SOLIDIFYING AGENT COMPOSITION FOR SLUDGE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
An exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a multi-functional solidifying agent composition for sludge comprising: 35 to 55 wt% of an absorbent agent including a paper combustion material and steel slag; 40 to 60 wt% of a functional mixture, wherein the absorbent agent including a waste catalyst used in an oil-refining process and a pH regulator having an acid-loaded waste catalyst used in an oil-refining process are mixed in a ratio of 20 to 80 : 20 to 80 in the mixture; and 1 to 5 wt% of cement, and a manufacturing method thereof. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the multi-functional solidifying agent composition for sludge responding effectively to odor remaining for a long time by delaying or preventing a treated solid material from forming into sludge, and a manufacturing method thereof.
본 발명의 일 실시예는 제지 연소재 및 제강 슬래그를 포함하는 흡수제 35~55중량%; 석유정제 공정 폐촉매로 이루어진 흡착제와 석유정제 공정 폐촉매에 산이 담지된 pH 조절제가 각각 20~80 : 20~80의 중량비로 혼합된 기능성 혼합물 40~60중량%; 및 시멘트 1~5중량%;를 포함하는, 슬러지용 복합 기능성 고화제 조성물 및 그 제조 방법을 제공한다.
