TUNNEL ELEPHANT FOOT REINFORCEMENT BEAM CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR TUNNEL STABILIZING
The present invention provides a tunnel elephant foot reinforcing tie beam construction method for tunnel stabilization capable of securing a stability of a tunnel by stably distributing a bearing power to the elephant foot reinforcing steel pipes when excavating the ground for an upper part or a lower part of the tunnel without disturbing the ground right under the steel ribs using an elephant foot reinforcing tie beam while reducing a required time regardless of a depth of the tunnel depth or a place where the tunnel is constructed. According to a desirable embodiment of the present invention, the tunnel elephant foot reinforcing tie beam construction method comprises: a step of installing the upper steel ribs in the upper part of the tunnel in a tunnel excavation direction at constant intervals to be vertical to an upper side; a step of fixating and installing the tunnel elephant foot reinforcing tie beam to the lower parts of the upper steel ribs between the upper steel ribs installed in the upper part of the tunnel; and a step of forming bore holes at a required depth to the lower part of the tunnel in the central parts of the tunnel elephant foot reinforcing tie beams separately, inserting the tunnel elephant foot reinforcing steel pipe into the bore holes, and thereafter fixating the upper parts of the elephant foot reinforcing steel pipes to the tunnel elephant foot reinforcing tie beams.
본 발명은 터널의 심도나 시공 장소의 여건에 관계없이 소요시간을 단축하면서 각부보강 연결보를 사용하여 강지보재 직하부의 지반교란 없이 터널 상반 및 하반 굴착시 안정적으로 각부보강 강관에 지지력 분담을 통해 터널의 안정성 확보가 가능하도록 한 터널 각부보강 연결보의 시공 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 터널 각부보강 연결보의 시공 방법은, 터널의 상반측에 상반 강지보재를 터널 굴착 방향을 따라 일정 간격마다 상방으로 수직되게 설치하는 단계와; 상반측에 설치된 이웃한 상반 강지보재의 사이 마다 각부보강 연결보를 해당하는 상반 강지보재의 하단부에 연결하여 고정 설치하는 단계와; 상기 각부보강 연결보의 중앙부 공간 위치에서 하반을 향해 소요 깊이만큼 천공하여 천공홀을 형성한 후, 그 천공홀에 각부보강 강관을 삽입한 후 상기 각부보강 연결보에 각부보강 강관의 상단을 고정시켜 놓는 단계;를 포함하여 시공되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 터널의 심도나 시공 장소의 여건에 관계없이 소요시간을 단축하면서 각부보강 연결보를 사용하여 강지보재 직하부의 지반교란 없이 터널 상반 및 하반 굴착시 안정적으로 각부보강 강관에 지지력 분담을 통해 터널의 안정성 확보가 가능하도록 한 터널 각부보강 연결보의 시공 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 터널 각부보강 연결보의 시공 방법은, 터널의 상반측에 상반 강지보재를 터널 굴착 방향을 따라 일정 간격마다 상방으로 수직되게 설치하는 단계와; 상반측에 설치된 이웃한 상반 강지보재의 사이 마다 각부보강 연결보를 해당하는 상반 강지보재의 하단부에 연결하여 고정 설치하는 단계와; 상기 각부보강 연결보의 중앙부 공간 위치에서 하반을 향해 소요 깊이만큼 천공하여 천공홀을 형성한 후, 그 천공홀에 각부보강 강관을 삽입한 후 상기 각부보강 연결보에 각부보강 강관의 상단을 고정시켜 놓는 단계;를 포함하여 시공되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
